Property Description

This is a village house conversion in Finestrat, where you can discover the 'real Spain' yet you are close to the bustle of Benidorm and Cala de Finestrat if you want something more lively. Close to bars, restaurants, shops and a community swimming pool. There are 2 x two bedroom apartments, one on the ground level with a sun terrace receiving all day sun , and another on the first floor with a balcony. A 3rd top floor apartment is a tastefully furnished studio with a double bed and sofa bed and sleeps 4. There is a spiral staircae to the roof terrace where there are wonderful views of the asea and mountains. The 2 bedroom apartments have sofa beds and can sleep up to 6 in each one. There are lovely views over the coast. These apartments can be rented separately or are ideal for large parties. Plenting of parking in the area.

Local Activities

The lovely old village of Finestrat which lies 40 km North of Alicante and very near to Benidorm is very unusual, insofar as it is an inland mountain village and also a small tourist resort by the sea, called Cala Finestrat. The picturesque village, which hugs the mountain side of Puig Campana, has beautiful views from the mountains down to the sea; the architecture has a distinct Moorish influence and many of the houses are colourfully painted. Friday is market day
