This new 2 bedroom apartment is built in the style to blend in with the delightful village of Chirles, close to Polop. Situated at the foot of the Ponoch mountains it is ideal for those wanting a walking, cycling or climbing holiday. Being only a 15- 20 minute drive to Benidorm it is also ideal for a beaching holiday, and there are many golf courses in the area. There are fantastic views from the communal roof terrace and from the balcony. Bedroom one has a double bed, 2 bedside tables and large built in wardrobes. Bedroom two has 2 single beds, bedside table and chest of drawers. The lounge/diner has a comfortable sofa & chair, dresser, TV, dining table and 4 chairs. The American style kitchen is fully fitted with washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, cooker, hob, extractor fan, juicer, coffee maker, iron & board, and all kitchen utensils. There is private and secure underground parking. In the village, just a minutes walk, there are 3 lovely bar/restaurants.

Local Activities

The apartment is ideally situated for muti-purpose holidays. Situated at the base of the Ponoch mountains it is good for the sporting, action packed holidays, cycling, mountaineering etc. But being only a 15 minute drive to Benidorm you have the added opportunity of visiting the beautiful beaches and try the bustling nightlife. And for the golfing enthusiast there are many courses in the area, including the new Jack Nicklaus competition course Real de Faula. Within easy reach are many beautiful inland and coastal towns/villages, these include Guadalest, Altea, Villajoyiosa, Calpe, Moraira, & Javea. The theme parks Terra Mitica and Terra Natura are only a 10 minute drive away, and Aqualandia water park and Mundomar animal park are in the Benidorm area. Near Benidorm you have the La Marina shopping mall, full of designer shops.
