Just a 5 minute walk to the main road where the bus to Benidorm stops every 30 minutes. The villa is 165m2 and has an open plan lounge and kitchen, well equipped with fridge/freezer, washing machine, dish washer, microwave, oven and extractor. There is a conservatory which opens on all sides, private pool, 8 x 4 metres, with a lovely outside dining area and gas BBQ. The bedrooms are 2 doubles and a twin, with 2 bathrooms, one with a bath and walk in shower and the other with walk in shower. A lovely first floor sun terrace provides scenic views to Albir and Altea Hills. There is airconditioning to living room and main bedroom and for the winter months there is gas central heating. Drive for off road parking.

A host of water sports of every variety are right on the doorstep, beach activities for the kids, daily cruises around the coastline to neighbouring towns and villages (including a crossing to the Balearic islands), scenic mountain train trips, vibrant nightlife of all kinds – night clubs, casinos, dinner shows etc, All these enable you to decide whether to have an active or totally relaxed holiday.
