Property Description

Beautiful modern 2 bed apartment. The complex has 3 blocks of apartments. It is gated, both outside gate and lobby. Plenty of parking in the area. All apartments have sea views and are about an 8 minute walk to the beautiful crescent shaped sandy beach, shops, bars and restaurants.

Facilities

The apartment is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, oven & hob. The balcony has windows which open for the warm sunny days. The main bedroom has an en-suite shower, and there is also a bathroom. There is air con/ heating (metered). The tastefully decorated lounge diner has leather sofas with a TV receiving English channels.

Local Activities

The bus stop is within a few minutes walk and stops every 20 minutes, and will take you into the heart of Benidorm which is renowned for its beautiful long beaches and lively nightlife. On the other hand if you prefer the Spanish lifestyle, you can visit the sleepy mountain villages of Finestrat, Polop or Guadalest. The Theme Parks Terra Mitica, Terra Natura, Aqualandia, and Mundomar are all close by.
